How can I heat it?
Simply microwave for 20-25 seconds and apply for 8-10 minutes or until you fall asleep.
HEAT (OR COLD) LASTS for about 20-30 minutes. This is the amount of time recommended by most health-care professionals.
How can I cool it?
Store it in the freezer in a sealed bag for a quick cold pack that is not harsh on the skin.

Can I wash it?
The Cherry- Pit-Pac eye mask is environmentally friendly, and lasts for many, many years. Fabric is 100% linen, and are fully washable.
Wash in the washing machine at a low temperature of 30°C, use the gentle machine cycle and mild detergent for protection of the fibers.
Why cherry pits?
Cherry pits are excellent at retaining both heat and cold. Within the hard shell lies a centre, or seed, that contains natural oil and moisture.
When a Cherry Pit eye mask is microwaved, the shell retains the heat and the centre heats up; when the eye mask is worn, the heat is transferred to the body.
Can this really help me with my migraine?
This mask provides:
